Personal Statement:

I love working with clients invested in investigating and changing what isn't working for them. Keeping the tenets of my traditional training, I also incorporate humor, analogies (a client once described me as "the analogy king"), and focusing on the issues that brought you to therapy.

Outside of the treatment room, I lead a rich life in the arts, enjoy hiking and music, and create community events. These varied experiences enrich my ability to connect with and understand my clients' diverse experiences.

I am skilled in working with a wide range of challenges for both individuals and couples and strive to maintain cultural sensitivity in my practice. If you are seeking to lessen your pain and enhance your life, I encourage you to contact Therapy For Adults to schedule a consultation. During this call, we can discuss the difficulties you're facing and explore whether my approach would be a good fit for your therapeutic needs.
